Mojo Monday

Today's post comes from the Mojo Monday Sketch. Here is the sketch:

I have been dying to play with my Halloween stuff so today you get a Halloween card.
The fun thing about this card is, the button. I took the largest Vintage Faceted Button and inked it up with Versa Mark. Then I dipped the button into Heat n Stick powder. Dry the powder. Next, I dipped the button into the new black glitter from the Holiday Catalog. Remember to set the glitter with heat again and then voila!!, your done.

Fruit Loops Anyone?

So this morning as I was pouring Fruit Loops for my little boy, I realized that the colors of this card are an exact match to the colors in the cereal. It made me laugh.
Needless to say, I still love this card. This is the card I made for my mom's birthday. I used a fun technique where you sponge the inside of your embossing folder and then run it though the Big Shot.

Ink: Strawberry Slush, Crisp Cantaloupe, Pistachio Pudding, Daffodil Delight

Bermuda Bay-Love at first sight!

Ok, so I have a confession to make.... I am in love with Bermuda Bay!! Hands down this is the best color SU has added to their color family!!! It is so versatile. It can be bright and happy, but it's also cool and collected like in this Snowflake card.
Wouldn't you just love to get this card? Everything about it is crisp and neat. I stamped the snowflake in silver ink, cut it out with framelits (yes ladies, there are framelits) and then added some bling with the Frosted Finished Embellishements.
